Discover Manhart’s Enhanced BMW X3 M Competition: More Power, Custom Features
Manhart boosts the BMW X3 M Competition to 650 horsepower with custom tuning and unique carbon fiber details. Experience unparalleled performance and bespoke luxury in this upgraded SUV.
The BMW X3 M Competition is a remarkably fast compact SUV, boasting 510 horsepower (380 kW) and 479 lb-ft (650 Nm) of torque straight from the factory. This powertrain provided Manhart with what it described as «a worthy basis» for an enhanced build. The result is a meticulously tuned X3 M Competition with increased power, torque, and a host of custom components.
Manhart’s primary focus in its version of the X3 M Competition is on tuning. Without altering any engine components, Manhart’s expert fuel and boost mapping elevates the SUV’s performance to 650 horsepower and 589 lb-ft of torque. To support this increased power, the vehicle is equipped with a stainless steel exhaust system, Manhart downpipes, and HJS catalytic converters.
The exterior features four 100-millimeter carbon-coated tailpipes, subtly indicating the non-stock exhaust. Additionally, a comprehensive carbon fiber body kit suggests that this vehicle is far from standard.
Manhart’s body kit includes a front spoiler, side skirts with side fins, a roof spoiler, and a diffuser at the rear. This particular show car features silver and blue accents on these exterior elements.
The car also sports staggered 22-inch wheels, with Manhart offering customized wheel options and fitment to each buyer’s preference. While the brakes on this model are stock, buyers can opt for different braking packages if desired. The car’s stance is enhanced by H&R lowering springs, reducing the ride height by approximately three centimeters.
Inside, the customization continues with unique genuine carbon fiber trim, including on the steering wheel spokes and paddle shifters. Manhart also offers bespoke upholstery upon request.
While all these modifications are impressive, the engine upgrades alone make this X3 a formidable sleeper.
