The Ferrari 296 GTS is the latest supercar from Maranello to receive the Novitec treatment, following the 296 GTB coupe from last year. This electrified exotic now features a modest power boost, discreet carbon fiber add-ons, new wheels, a lowered suspension, and a louder exhaust, perfect for enjoying with the roof down.

Novitec’s exterior modifications maintain a subtle approach to Ferrari tuning. The front lip, side skirts, mirror caps, side intake garnish, diffuser, and ducktail spoiler are all crafted from naked carbon with a high-gloss sealer finish. Even the rearview camera cover matches this sleek look. 

The standout feature is the new Novitec NF10 alloy wheels, created in collaboration with Vossen. These wheels measure 21 inches at the front and 22 inches at the rear, with five double spokes and 72 color options available in brushed or polished finishes.

A set of sports springs lowers the supercar by 35 mm (1.4 inches), enhancing its low stance and handling. To protect the carbon fiber elements, Novitec added a hydraulic system that raises the front axle by 40 mm (1.6 inches). 

The Ferrari 296 GTS’s plug-in hybrid powertrain sees an increase in output from the stock 819 hp (611 kW / 830 PS) to 856 hp (638 kW / 868 PS). The MGU-K electric motor remains unchanged, with the additional 38 hp (28 kW / 38 PS) coming from the twin-turbo 2.9-liter V6 engine. 

This power boost is achieved through flow-optimized turbo inlets and a high-performance exhaust with 100-cell sports catalysts. The exhaust system, available in stainless steel or Inconel, offers better thermal insulation and comes with actively controlled butterfly valves. Tailpipe options include carbon coating or 999 fine gold plating.
