Exclusive Bentley Bentayga: Private White V.C. Edition Revealed
Bentley and Private White V.C. collaborate on a unique Bentayga, celebrating British heritage and heroism with bespoke craftsmanship and design.
Bentley Motors has unveiled a one-of-a-kind Bentley Bentayga, a masterpiece of British heritage and luxury, designed in collaboration with Private White V.C. and Mulliner. This exclusive Bentayga, named after the esteemed Private White V.C. brand, represents a seamless blend of handmade craftsmanship and the epitome of luxury fashion.
The unique vehicle pays homage to Private Jack White, a decorated World War I hero and the inspiration behind the Private White V.C. clothing line. Born in 1896, White was awarded the Victoria Cross for his heroic actions during an attempted river crossing under heavy enemy fire. His bravery, symbolized by the copper telephone line he used to tow a pontoon to safety, is intricately woven into the design of this special Bentayga.
The vehicle’s interior is adorned with copper detailing, reflecting the valorous act of White. This includes seat piping, embroidery, and other bespoke features that echo the copper line used in his daring rescue. The military-inspired clean sewing lines and bespoke embroidery, including the Victoria Cross emblem on the headrests, add to the vehicle’s distinguished character. The rear cushions, crafted from a Lancashire-woven cashmere cloth, pay tribute to White’s regimental blanket stripe, further embedding the theme of British heritage.
The exterior of the Bentayga is finished in a Dark Sapphire hue, complemented by a contemporary Blackline Specification and rear privacy glass. The 22-inch wheels are color-matched and feature bespoke badging with subtle copper accents, enhancing the vehicle’s elegant and bold stance.
In addition to the vehicle, the purchaser of this limited edition Bentayga will receive a capsule collection of bespoke clothing from Private White V.C., marking a unique blend of automotive luxury and high-end fashion.
Private White V.C.’s legacy extends beyond Jack White’s military service. The brand, established for over a century in Manchester, is known for its commitment to quality and craftsmanship, producing garments that combine traditional techniques with modern style. The factory, a hub of creativity and dedication, stands as a testament to the brand’s enduring heritage and innovative spirit.
his collaboration between Bentley Motors, Mulliner, and Private White V.C. not only celebrates British luxury and craftsmanship but also honors the legacy of a true hero, Private Jack White, whose story of bravery and resilience continues to inspire.
