The core design of the Urus remains, but the plug-in hybrid version will introduce fresh elements such as a revamped grille beneath the taillights and a more pronounced spoiler. The teaser hints at an enhanced driving experience, promising even greater emotional impact.

Lamborghini’s CTO, Rouven Mohr, has consistently stated the brand’s commitment to maintaining engine size while integrating electrification, rather than downsizing. This suggests the Urus Plug-In Hybrid might retain its 4.0-liter twin-turbo V8 engine, though its exact origin is still under wraps.

Speculation around the hybrid’s powertrain is varied, with some sources suggesting it might borrow from the Porsche Cayenne Turbo S E-Hybrid, while others hint at a unique engine possibly shared with the upcoming Huracan successor.
