The new Bugatti Chiron successor will debut on June 20, featuring a naturally aspirated V16 engine and luxurious design inspired by Bugatti classics. Teaser images reveal a refined front fascia with the signature horseshoe grille and red macaron emblem.

Great news — the successor to the iconic Bugatti Chiron will be revealed on June 20. Bugatti confirmed this while unveiling a teaser image showcasing the exposed bodywork. Though details are scarce, the signature horseshoe grille and traditional red Bugatti macaron will feature prominently on the front fascia. This follows the last Chiron’s blue emblem, commemorating the original 2016 Geneva show car.

Founded in 1909 by Italian-born Ettore Bugatti in Molsheim, Alsace, Bugatti produced several successful road and racing cars. After Ettore’s death in 1947, the company ceased operations in 1952. It briefly revived in 1963 and again in 1987 with the EB110 GT. The modern Bugatti we know today emerged in 1998 under Volkswagen Group’s ownership, with the Veyron launching in 2005, setting a new standard for the brand.

The teaser hints that the Chiron successor will be a bespoke design, inspired by Bugatti classics like the Type 57 SC Atlantic, Type 41 Royale, and Type 35. It will feature chrome elements for a luxurious exterior and an opulent interior, including a complex speedometer. The teaser video shows a polished accent along the hood, which appears to open for luggage storage, emphasizing its grand touring capabilities.

The new model will house a naturally aspirated V16 engine, nearly 40 inches long, paired with a hybrid component, producing over 1,000 horsepower. Spy shots reveal a more angular design than the Chiron, but it will retain the signature C-line. More details will be unveiled in a few weeks as Molsheim once again raises the bar for ultra-luxury performance cars.
