Explore the 2024 Buick Envista, a game-changing small SUV blending premium features with affordability. Perfect for modern drivers seeking luxury.

Buick has once again redefined the boundaries of luxury and affordability with the introduction of the 2024 Envista, a premium crossover that aims to fill a unique niche within the small SUV segment. The Envista combines the spaciousness and utility expected of an SUV with the sleek proportions and sporty aesthetics of a sedan, setting a new standard for what a premium vehicle can achieve at an accessible price point.

Duncan Aldred, global vice president of Buick-GMC, emphasized Buick’s ongoing commitment to innovation in the small SUV category, stating, «The all-new Envista is going to shake up that segment once again." Priced starting at $23,495, the Envista is designed to appeal to a broad audience, including migrating sedan owners, young professionals, and small families, by offering a premium crossover experience without the premium price tag.

The Envista will be available in three distinct trims: Preferred, Sport Touring (ST), and Avenir, each designed to cater to different customer preferences and extend the luxurious Avenir sub-brand throughout Buick’s portfolio.

The 2024 Envista introduces Buick’s modern design language, first showcased on the Wildcat EV concept. The vehicle features a low-profile silhouette, a forward-leaning nose, and a new Buick emblem mounted directly above a sleek grille. This design ethos draws inspiration from Buick’s heritage vehicles while propelling the brand into the future with sculptural beauty and fluid motion aesthetics.

The interior of the Envista is a testament to Buick’s dedication to craftsmanship and innovation. It boasts an Ultrawide Infotainment Display spanning 19 diagonal inches across combined LCD screens, designed to enhance driver confidence with easy-to-access vehicle controls. The standard 11-inch-diagonal infotainment screen, the largest in its segment, comes equipped with the latest Buick infotainment system, offering an intuitive user interface and advanced voice recognition.

Attention to detail is evident throughout the Envista’s cabin, from the crafted stitching on the seats to the embroidered Avenir and ST logos on the head restraints. An all-black 18-inch wheel is standard on the ST trim, with 19-inch wheels available to elevate the Avenir’s premium persona further.

The Buick Driver Confidence package comes standard with the Envista, featuring six active safety and driver assistance technologies. This suite includes Automatic Emergency Braking, Lane Keep Assist with Lane Departure Warning, and IntelliBeam auto high beams, among others, enhancing the overall safety of the vehicle.

Under the hood, the Envista is powered by a high-performance 1.2L Turbo engine paired with a six-speed automatic transmission, delivering 137 horsepower and 162 lb-ft of torque. This engine configuration offers peak torque more quickly and sustains it over a longer RPM band, resulting in a responsive and engaging driving experience.

The introduction of the Watts Link suspension system in the Avenir trim, and availability in the ST trim, ensures a stable and quiet ride, reflecting Buick’s commitment to combining spirited efficiency with premium comfort.

Set to enter production next month and available this summer, the 2024 Envista is poised to become a game-changer in the small SUV market. With its starting price of $23,495 for the Preferred trim, the Envista offers an unbeatable combination of premium features, advanced technology, and accessible pricing.

Customers can look forward to building and ordering their new Envista online starting later this summer, previewing the future of premium crossovers at an approachable price point. Buick continues to innovate, ensuring that the Envista will not only meet but exceed the expectations of today’s discerning drivers seeking luxury, performance, and value.
