MegaRexx’s SVN Overland, a robust SUV on the F-250 chassis, offers a 6.7L V8, luxurious three-row seating, and advanced tech for $189,950.

Ford hasn’t launched a heavy-duty SUV since the Excursion, but MegaRexx fills that void with its SVN Overland, constructed on the 2023 F-250 Super Duty Crew Cab Lariat. This SUV offers three rows of seating for seven people, presenting a robust option for family adventures. Although there were hints of the Excursion’s return, it hasn’t materialized, making the SVN Overland an impressive alternative.

Under the hood, the SVN Overland is powered by a 6.7-liter Power Stroke V8 turbodiesel engine, delivering 475 horsepower and an impressive 1,050 lb-ft of torque. This power is managed by a ten-speed automatic transmission and directed to all four wheels, supported by a 4.88:1 electronic locking rear axle to enhance off-road capability.

From the outside, the SVN Overland might be mistaken for an F-250 Super Duty, yet MegaRexx has significantly modified it. It features Oxford White paint, a satin black grille, and Gloss Black-painted 20-inch Lariat Sport wheels with deep staggered lug nuts for better off-road performance. The wheels are fitted with 37-inch Nitto Ridge Grapple M/T tires designed for optimal performance both off and on the road.

Visually, the vehicle is distinguished by a black powder-coated front bumper, a suite of Hella Black Magic LED lights, and a Warn VR Evo 12-S winch, enhancing its rugged appeal. The rear bumper is equipped with robust D-ring recovery points.

Inside, the SVN Overland offers luxury with Black Onyx premium leather upholstery, captain’s chairs in the middle row, and a power-folding third row. It borrows the bench seat design from the Expedition for added comfort. The SUV is also equipped with modern amenities including a Rear Heating and Air Package, a Bang & Olufsen sound system, a 12-inch infotainment screen with connectivity options, and advanced safety features like Ford’s blind-spot monitoring.

At a price of $189,950, the SVN Overland is an investment, comparable in cost to purchasing multiple high-end Ford models combined. This makes it an exclusive choice for those seeking a unique blend of luxury, space, and robust performance.
