The Kia Telluride, a mid-size SUV, has been acclaimed for its blend of style and functionality since its debut in 2019. It features four drive modes, an on-demand electro-hydraulic AWD system, and offers a towing rate of 5,000 pounds. It’s not available in South Korea but has found success in other markets, including the Middle East. The Telluride comes in four trim levels: LX, S, EX, and SX, all equipped with a range of premium features. A significant refresh in 2023 introduced new technology and a more rugged exterior design for the X–Line and X-Pro trims. The Telluride was named the 2020 World Car of the Year and Motor Trend’s SUV of the year, underscoring its industry impact.

The Telluride’s exterior design aligns with Kia’s «Opposites United» design philosophy, presenting a dynamic, powerful statement. It showcases bold proportions with a fastback roofline and wide stance, emphasizing its unique position between the compact and midsize segments. The 2023 refresh introduced a more rugged appearance with redesigned grille, headlights, and front bumper, alongside new X–Line and X-Pro trims that offer a distinctive look with black gloss exterior trim and other rugged features.

The Telluride’s interior sets a new standard in the compact sedan segment, featuring integrated digital instrumentation as a standout design element. It introduces an ultramodern operating system, the Connected Car Navigation Cockpit (ccNC), across nearly 30 inches of digital display, enhancing the driving experience with quick controls and high fidelity processing. Standard across all K4 models are wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, elevating the vehicle’s connectivity and convenience.

The Kia Telluride is equipped with a comprehensive suite of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) to enhance safety. These features are designed to help detect and prevent collisions under certain circumstances and include capabilities for detecting vehicles, pedestrians, and cyclists. The Telluride also offers standard rear side airbags, adding to its safety credentials.
