The Aston Martin Valiant, limited to 38 units, debuts at the 2024 Goodwood Festival of Speed. With a 735 hp twin-turbo V12, extensive weight-saving measures, and advanced aerodynamics, the Valiant promises an unmatched driving experience.

Introducing the Aston Martin Valiant, an extreme iteration of the Valour, limited to just 38 units globally. Originally a personal commission by Formula 1 driver Fernando Alonso, this road-legal powerhouse will debut at the 2024 Goodwood Festival of Speed, with customer deliveries starting in Q4 of this year.

Created by the Q by Aston Martin bespoke division, the Valiant features a twin-turbocharged 5.2-liter V12 engine producing 735 hp and 555 lb-ft of torque—30 hp more than the Valour. It retains the six-speed manual transmission and rear-wheel drive setup.

The Valiant incorporates numerous weight-saving measures, including a 3D-printed rear subframe reducing weight by 3 kg, a magnesium torque tube saving 8.6 kg, lightweight 21-inch magnesium wheels cutting 14 kg of unsprung mass, and a lithium-ion battery shaving off an additional 11.5 kg.

Focused on track performance, the Valiant is equipped with Multimatic Adaptive Spool Valve dampers, adjustable to 32 damper curves in under six milliseconds. It also features recalibrated Sport, Sport+, and Track driving modes, and carbon ceramic brakes with 410 mm front and 360 mm rear discs.

Visually, the Valiant is more aggressive, boasting new carbon fiber parts like a splitter, multi-layer planes near the front wheels, a full-width grille, side fenders, and aero discs on the wheels. The car also has Formula 1-inspired side skirts, a prominent fixed rear wing, and a new carbon fiber diffuser.

Inside, the Valiant showcases a modified interior with a cutaway transmission tunnel highlighting the shifting linkage, new carbon fiber parts, a half-cage, Recaro Podium seats, four-point racing harnesses, and a classic three-spoke steering wheel.
