Maserati MC20 Cielo Enhanced by Novitec: More Power, Style, and Speed
Novitec enhances the Maserati MC20 Cielo with a power boost to 701 hp, gold wheels, aero tweaks, and an Inconel exhaust. The convertible now hits 0-100 km/h in 2.8 seconds and tops 325 km/h.
Nearly two years after enhancing the Maserati MC20 coupe, Novitec extends its tuning program to the convertible MC20 Cielo. The German tuner introduces subtle aerodynamic tweaks, gold wheels, an Inconel exhaust, lowered suspension, and a power upgrade for the twin-turbo V6.
Novitec adds carbon fiber aerodynamic attachments to the splitter, intakes, and hood vents, plus a ducktail spoiler. These enhancements can be paired with various exhaust upgrades, including an ultra-light Inconel system and optional 999 fine gold plating.
A standout feature is the 21-inch NF11 forged wheels, created with Vossen. The example shown features gold-finished wheels that complement the gray bodywork. The wheels can be painted in various colors to suit owner preferences.
The Maserati MC20 Cielo can be fitted with yellow sport springs, lowering it by 25 mm (1 inch) while remaining compatible with the factory nose lift system. Aluminum spacers can widen the tracks by 28 mm (1.1 inches) or 40 mm (1.6 inches) on both axles.
The twin-turbo 3.0-liter V6 Nettuno engine now delivers 701 hp (523 kW / 711 PS) and 818 Nm (lb-ft) of torque, thanks to the N-Tronic module and high-performance exhaust. This 80 hp (60 kW / 81 PS) and 88 Nm (65 lb-ft) increase enables a 0-100 km/h (0-62 mph) sprint in 2.8 seconds, 0.2 seconds quicker than stock, and boosts the top speed to 325 km/h (202 mph).
Novitec does not list the cost of these upgrades on their website; interested buyers must contact them directly for pricing details.
