2025 Genesis GV80: A New Era of Luxury SUVs Begins
The updated 2025 Genesis GV80, starting at $57,700, features a restyled exterior, advanced tech, and new color options inspired by Scotland’s landscapes.
Following its international debut last year and its introduction to the US market, Genesis has announced the upcoming availability of the refreshed GV80 at dealerships. The 2025 Genesis GV80 maintains its starting price at $57,700 (excluding a mandatory $1,350 in freight charges) for the 2.5T Standard AWD model, mirroring the pricing structure of its predecessor announced early last month.
The 2025 model showcases a redesigned exterior along with numerous interior enhancements. Standard features in the base model include advanced driver assistance systems, a new 27-inch OLED integrated instrument cluster and navigation touchscreen, OTA software updates, a fingerprint authentication system, USB Type-C ports, and innovative Two-Line Headlamps with Micro Lens Array technology.
As buyers opt for higher trims, additional features become available. The 2.5T AWD trim includes amenities like manual rear door sunshades and a heated steering wheel. The 2.5T Select AWD offers 20-inch alloy wheels and a panoramic sunroof, while the 2.5T Advanced AWD includes luxury touches such as leather seating and a Bang & Olufsen audio system. The top-tier 2.5T Prestige AWD is equipped with 22-inch alloy wheels, an electronically controlled suspension, and a 3-zone climate control system.
The more powerful 3.5T variants start with the Advanced AWD configuration, adding a power-folding third row and 4-zone climate control. The premier 3.5T Prestige AWD, priced at $79,300, features enhancements such as Nappa leather seats, a microfiber suede headliner, and additional luxury comforts.
Engine options remain unchanged, offering either a turbocharged 2.5-liter four-cylinder with 300 horsepower or a more robust 375-hp twin-turbo 3.5-liter V6. New exterior colors inspired by the Isle of Skye, such as Storr Green and Storr Green Matte, along with fresh interior color schemes, are also introduced with this model.
Most of the GV80 trims are expected to arrive at showrooms shortly, except for the 2.5T Standard AWD and 2.5T Select AWD, which are slated for a later summer release. Additionally, details about the availability of the GV80 Coupe, which also debuted last year, remain forthcoming.
