Introducing the 2025 Morgan Plus Four: A Refined Classic Reborn

The 2025 Morgan Plus Four merges timeless design with modern enhancements, featuring advanced tech, BMW-powered performance, and a refined aesthetic for discerning drivers.

The Morgan Plus Four has its origins dating back to 1950, yet it continues to evolve with the times, embracing gradual updates.

The 2025 version of the Morgan Plus Four is crafted with modern consumers in mind, showcasing a cleaner, more streamlined design. Its classic silhouette remains easily recognizable, enhanced by larger headlights that now incorporate turn signals, alongside innovative taillights that also serve as turn signals.

The vehicle has received a few additional updates, including a new front splitter and diffuser featuring a distinctive «floating number plate plinth.» New badges and refreshed aluminum mirrors further complement its design.

Inside, the vehicle introduces subtle upgrades, including a modernized LCD display and an improved Sennheiser sound system, along with new lighting options and a redesigned key fob.

Under the hood, the car is powered by a BMW-derived 2.0-liter TwinPower Turbo four-cylinder engine. The six-speed manual version delivers 255 hp (190 kW / 259 PS) and 258 lb-ft (350 Nm) of torque, achieving 0–62 mph (0-100 km/h) in 5.2 seconds and a maximum speed of 149 mph (240 km/h). An eight-speed automatic variant is available, featuring a more potent engine that produces the same horsepower but increased torque at 295 lb-ft (400 Nm), reducing the 0-62 mph time to 4.8 seconds.

The 2025 Plus Four also sees enhancements in its suspension system, introducing new springs and dampers. An optional Dynamic Handling Pack offers a rear anti-roll bar and specially designed springs with adjustable damping for enhanced driving dynamics. According to Morgan CEO Massimo Fumarola, while the Plus Four is approached with care due to its heritage, the new additions significantly enhance its refinement and overall quality as a sports car.

Available for order now, the 2025 Morgan Plus Four starts at £62,500, with production commencing in May. The company is also finalizing U.S. homologation, aiming to bring the Plus Four back to the U.S. market for the first time since 2006, with approval processes well underway.
